Flexible schedule

At Tilting the Lens, we have some core hours for daily meetings, but outside of this, we understand that people work best at different times of the day. As part of the recruitment process, the days and hours for roles will be discussed at the interview stage and agreed with the selected candidates. You may indicate your preferred work pattern or availability when you apply for open roles.

Locations

We are a remote team, currently working from four different countries in Europe. To facilitate collaborative working hours, we currently prefer to hire within a European time zone, but are open to applicants outside of Europe.
