Partnerships
We partner with like-minded organisations through strategic, values-driven relationships. We offer our expertise, mentorship, and sometimes funding, to co-create impactful projects that open up opportunities for disabled people and drive lasting systemic change.
What are partnerships with Tilting the Lens?
While a lot of work towards our impact goals is achieved through services for our clients, we also engage in strategic partnerships with select organisations. These are collaborations where we offer our mentorship pro-bono, experience and insight, and sometimes funding, to support incentives or solutions that contribute to our ultimate mission: creating a world in which disabled people can succeed.
What do we offer?
As a team and individually, we have a wealth of experience to offer; from strategy and planning to operational practicalities, across industries from fashion to construction to finance. What this means in practice is working hand-in-hand with partners to design and deliver projects that fit both with their own goals and our overarching mission, lending our expertise where it is most needed.
This might look like planning and executing a multi-year business strategy for a not-for-profit arts studio, or setting up a mentorship and grant for disabled screenwriters. Whatever it is, we can bring our combined decades of lived and learned expertise, and a deep understanding of what meaningful inclusion looks like in practice.
Why do we do it?
With each project or programme, the aim is the same: to open doors and create pipelines for disabled talent, to foster psychological safety within communities, and to begin reshaping systems.
By partnering with organisations who share our goals, we can build pathways for disabled people that didn’t previously exist, and create opportunities for them to succeed in spaces where they have historically been excluded.
What makes a partnership different?
Instead of working to a set brief delivering predefined services, it’s about shared ownership and contributions, and about building something new together. Our partnerships are highly collaborative, flexible, and informed by mutual values and long-term goals.
This means we often act as funders and originators of a project, and will contribute to everything from concept development, to outreach, to practical implementation. Our relationships with our partners are built on a solid base of trust and shared ambition — at the heart of which is a commitment to making meaningful, lasting change.

We welcome conversations with organisations that are genuinely committed to accessibility and inclusion. No matter the sector, we want to address systemic barriers to access. If you feel the same, and would like to partner on a project that can make meaningful change, we would love to hear from you.
