Our core services

We divide our service offering into six main categories. We apply all of these services across our three focus areas for innovation; built environment, people and workplace culture, and product and service design.

Audit

Audits are our process for quickly and deeply understanding the position of an organisation in relation to its accessibility goals, legal obligations, and local and international competitors, allowing us to tailor our services to the specific needs of each client.

Research

Our research centres and values disabled voices, an inclusive co-creation approach that shapes ideas that work better for everyone. We don’t know what we don’t know, and insights and data from the community are fundamental to designing better systems, behaviours and products.

Strategy

As a strategic partner, we help clients embed accessibility deep into their organisation and workflows, becoming more inclusive in a measurable and lasting way. We drive cultural transformation from the ground up, designing and implementing a holistic plan that touches all departments.

Design

We understand that communities are disabled by design, whether due to inaccessible spaces and products, or biased policies. We use co-design to design with, not for, disabled people, and create innovative solutions for everyone.

Policy

Policies are more than words on paper: they’re a commitment to fair and consistent practices. We help audit, develop, and embed policies that lead to more inclusive workplaces and give disabled employees the confidence, and psychological safety, that their accessibility requirements are understood and respected.

Training

We provide coaching and toolkits to help clients and their teams implement accessibility best practices across the organisation. This includes training in accessible recruitment, HR, events, and communication strategies both internal and external.
